The political economy of the Multiparty Charter

This week's Brics summit will dominate economic news. When you think about the challenges we face, I wonder how many of them can be solved by the Brics countries. So I would rather say something about last week's big summit of seven opposition parties and the Multiparty Charter for South Africa.
