But a theistic worldview is necessarily an umbrella under which we find a variety of conflicting belief-systems, each of which has a worldview of its own. Jews, Muslims and Christians are all theists but have incompatible belief-systems. So why do we believe that a Christian biblical worldview is superior to other theistic worldviews? Edgar Andrews argues that self-consistency and the power to transform those who put their faith in Jesus Christ marks out the biblical worldview as uniquely valid.
