I love helping people smile more. I love helping people feel better about themselves in their skin.” -Cristin Wipfler [05:29] “Mindset is a part of your nutrition journey. Leadership of yourself in your health journey is an important part of you being able to tap into who’ve been created and called to be in this world” -Dr. Amber Selking [06:19] “It is a journey and unless we take steps, we don’t know what the next step is supposed to be. I think so many people want to see the whole journey laid out before they take that first step and the reality of it is that’s not how life works. Life works one step at a time.” -Dr. Amber Selking [13:11] “It was really only within the last few years that I discovered that the value is in the journey. It’s not in the destination. That’s where the growth happens is over the journey and who you become on that journey where the magic is.” -Cristin Wipfler [14:30]   Please get on iTunes to rate us and write a review for us!
