The Power Of Breaking the Cycle

from Master Your Mindset and Metabolism - Mid-Life Edition

"I want to share with the audience that we we are conditioned. There are things that we have seen and heard while we were very young and in a very influential time in our life; many of our beliefs just became this program that we had taken on from generations prior." In today's episode I have the most amazing conversation with my dear friend, and client, Debra Wilkins. We have a great conversation about her life experiences as an African American women. I am so grateful for her speaking up about them because I believe we all need to have a greater awareness of what is truly going on...and has been for years. Some of the topics we talk about are: The truth that we as young children are at an extremely influential age, and what we take on as truth, isn't necessarily ours to own. Generating awareness within yourself and others is crucial. You have the ability to break the cycle.
