Michael walked me through some of the key features of Zuper, including dispatch, scheduling, and real-time tracking. He also shared some of the company's biggest success stories, including IKEA and Amway.In addition to discussing the technical aspects of Zuper, Michael also shared the company's vision for growth and expansion. Zuper has already grown three times year over year and has plans to continue to scale, with a focus on improving the customer experience through new features and functionality.One of the most exciting things about Zuper is the wealth of data that is captured about the customer's experience. Michael shared with me how Zuper is able to provide insights into the customer's history and how that data can be used to drive improvements.Finally, Michael discussed the importance of the philosophy of completed service work and how it's being incorporated into the Zuper platform.
