Since I started with Speak & Learn, I was clear that our classes would be focused on CONVERSATION. Because it was what worked for me. Also, Why do we want to learn a language if not to communicate with others? It is one of my principal goals: for my students to have fluent conversations in Spanish. But if I’m honest,  I had never looked for information about this topic, until now. I didn't know if there were studies speaking about the effectiveness of conversation in learning. And it has been a nice surprise, because there are a lot of studies supporting our approach!
