The Power of Little Fixes

For this week’s message, I’d like to discuss the power of little fixes, the small things you can do as an agent to make your sellers’ listings stand out. If you’re going on a listing appointment with a seller and they have some deferred maintenance, you’ll want to roll up your sleeves and tackle some of those issues yourself. Today I’ll share a few stories of how I’ve done this for my clients, including a small but useful tip about how you can hide imperfections on hardwood floors and wood vanities.
