Today’s guest is Dr. Jenny Remington-Hobbs. Jenny is a coach and guide to many people across the world. She is a leading expert in human behavior and neuroplasticity.  Jenny’s work combines her years as a medical Doctor and Psychiatrist and her own amazing healing journey with decades of studying depth psychology, neuroscience, physiology, functional medicine, nutritional science, fasting, and breathwork.  Jenny started her career as a doctor in London, specializing in Psychiatry. Her own healing journey woke her up to some timeless wisdom about the nature of the Mind and our unconscious programming.  She drew on all of this to co-found AHA with her husband, Max. The AHA Team’s mission is to empower people to wake up, reconnect with their true nature and contribute their magic in the world.   Jenny guides groups of women on transformational journeys of awakening and reconnection.
