This feedback loop helps you maintain vigilance over your plan.  Or said differently, how do you know your plan is working? The key here is understanding the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that lead to success. This can be the hardest part of Vigilant Leadership, because it requires hypothesizing, projecting, even leaning in with benchmarks. Our goal is to grow your confidence and comfort level here.
