The property market in 2023

At the start of this year, the property market in Ireland both in residential and commercial was booming. Sales were being agreed at up to 10% above asking prices in the residential market. We end the market on a different note with war in Europe and soaring inflation as well as rapidly rising interest rates. It could mean that 2023 could be a very different year for the property sector. John Moran – CEO of JLL Ireland
