The Purpose of the Church: Struggling Well

Greetings, and may grace, mercy, and peace be multiplied to you. We will be in 2 Timothy today. As Christians, we are called to live to a standard for the benefit of the Church. Everyone struggles with something, whether it be pride, drunkenness, porn addiction, gambling, or anything that puts a barrier between you and God. And if you're not struggling, then that means you're content with living with a particular sin. It doesn't mean you have to be perfect, because you can't be, but God expects us to be obedient. How can you struggle better this week? “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28 19-20 Don’t forget to pray for one another, especially during these uncertain times.
