The Purpose of the Law

Greetings everyone, and may grace, mercy, and peace be multiplied to you. We will be in Romans 7 today. The law of the Bible is often misunderstood among Christians, and there's a fine line between legalism and liberality. God established the law to show that sin exists, but we are incapable of keeping the law. Jesus lived the life that He did to keep the law because we couldn't, so that now we have grace. The law doesn't need to be kept by us for salvation, but there are other benefits of following the law.  “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28 19-20 Don’t forget to pray for one another, especially during these uncertain times.
