What to do about young children? Read fairy tales, myths and ancient stories to them. Let them play in nature. Let them play! Leave them to it! Set up your environment as a play environment. What else can you do? You can practice gratitude and visualisation. So can they! Encourage them to realise what they love in their life. Encourage them to picture where they want to be and what they want to have. Encourage them to feel like they are already there… they are experts at it.
