Newly alcohol-free, sober mom Amy is here to tell her story! As a rule follower in high school, Amy didn’t start drinking until college. Yet, at that point, she didn’t even question it. It felt like ‘that’s just what you did in college’. Amy’s drinking remained unquestioned for years as she moved into her 20s, started drinking at home to cut stress, and became a mom. But slowly, questions and uneasiness began to pop up. With a helpful nudge from her sister in law and the guidance of a great podcast, Amy started to give her drinking a closer look. She explored moderation and breaks with open eyes. After a long journey, she has now made the decision to go fully alcohol free!
