But on the inside, something felt increasingly off. After receiving two very different opinions from health professionals regarding her drinking, she needed answers to the big question: what was an acceptable level of drinking for her? So, she began detective work! Megan took herself on a long series of stops and starts, paying attention to every detail and educating herself along the way.
