In this episode, Esme discusses why people cannot stick to their resolutions, goals, and commitments.

Suggesting that the reason we give up on our resolutions is because we lack self-discipline. Self-discipline is not something we often talk about, but just like love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-discipline is a fruit of the Spirit of God living in us.

Self-discipline is not an outcome of our good looks, body shape, or the big house, the boat, or the car we drive.

Esme shares one of her resolutions and three habits that help her maintain discipline throughout the year.
