Remote work has been a luxury for a handful of people, now it’s a necessity for the masses. Along with this shift comes an opportunity for companies and employees alike to adapt and come out stronger on the other side.

His name is Jordan Carroll but I like to call him the remote work guru. He works with individuals who want to transition to remote work AND with corporations who want (or need) to support an increasing number of remote employees. He was doing this work long before COVID-19 forced workers and companies into work-from-home arrangements. But he believes that this is going to be “the single biggest transition to remote work ever in our current history…and that only the strongest companies that are most able to adapt will survive.” The Future of Work It’s an opportunity for companies and employees alike to adjust and come out stronger on the other side.
