The Fox TV show "The Resident" takes on type 1 diabetes and gets it right! This week's episode "The Prince and the Pauper" features two plot lines about diabetes. Stacey speaks with the co-executive producer Andrew Chapman on why this issue and why now. Chapman lives with LADA (Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults) also known as type 1.5.
