The resonance of being ourself

The more we express the uplifting love, light, wisdom and compassion we are, the more we resonante the same in others.   There are lots of reasons I and others have used to hold ourself from this uplifting expression of the magnificent beings we are.  To not be controlled by those self defeating thoughts, we can acknowledge their existence and choose not to act on them.  Some of my false negative thoughts include, "What makes me think I can change the world for the better", "My life isn't working, maybe I should just give up" and other similiar thoughts.  When I become aware of those thoughts and accepting of their existence, I find myself able to see positive thoughts I can act on and choose to act on those thoughts.
