The Return of the Witness. Clearing the Liver *Bio Tuning Meditation & Discussion

from Museum of Change

In this guided bio-tuning meditation, we restore internal balance. This is a somatic reset for the places where overgiving, distorted empathy, over-absorption, and sacrifice have been held in the body. Using the imagery of a serum of amber distilled moonlight, sunlight softened and reflected, we move this light through the liver. This process is designed to draw out what has been stored, clear distortion, and support the body's natural filtering and processing functions. The return of the witness is a return to yourself, the truth and internal balance This reset can bring things to the surface as the body starts to process and clear. You might notice shifts in energy, mood, or physical sensation. This is the system recalibrating. Stay simple with your care; drink water, rest, move your body, spend time in nature, and take a salt bath if that feels supportive.
