October is Pastor/Minister/Clergy Appreciation Month, a month started in America to highlight the work of those who spiritually lead (whatever their title), so this month our episodes will take a slightly different approach to normal. Across October (and into early November) we will be sharing a 4-part series on what the Bible has to say about loving our leaders. We released the first two earlier this month, with the final episode following in a fortnight.Whilst this series may be most aimed at those who are led by others, we also hope it will be a help to leaders themselves as they think about how we encourage church cultures where people love their leaders well, and as we consider topics like how leaders should be appointed, supported and, if necessary, removed (part 2); what attitude we should have towards our leaders (this episode); and what right actions are towards leaders (Part 4).We also released the introduction to the series, thinking through the who, how and what of Christian leadership (part 1).
