The Road to Emmaus: Living Water

Jesus, on the road to Emmaus, talked with two disciples.  They were confused by the recent events concerning Christ’s death and resurrection.  Jesus began in the law of Moses, and all the prophets, and expounded unto them in all the Scriptures the thing concerning Himself.  In this ongoing series, we will do the same thing.When God divided the waters above from the waters below, that did several things.  The waters above the firmament protected the earth from all the harmful radiation in space and cause the atmosphere to be near, if not, 100% oxygen.  This allowed the people before the Flood to live for 800-900 years.  The waters above also were the source of the rain for the Flood. Water speaks not only of Jesus, but especially of His salvation.  There are certain characteristics of water that are also true of the salvation Jesus provided.  DOWNLOAD NOTESDOWNLOAD SLIDES
