The Sacred Dance Between Expansion + Contraction

from Go Regulate Yourself · host Brianne Roberge

In today's episode we are discussing something that has felt SO alive in my world lately- which is the sacred (and necessary) dance between contraction and expansion. As women, we have been taught to only value the "doing"- to be consistently seeking opportunities in our life to hustle, work, do, achieve and more. And while these 'expansions' are great and can provide blessings to us... a lot of time they come at the sacrifice of the 'contraction'. Together we explore the importance of slowing down, resting, being intentional, and investing an equal amount of our time into activites like these (just like we do with 'work'). We discuss what it means to slow down in order to speed up- and how you might be hindering your success by not taking time off.   In this episode, we discuss: The difference between the energies of contraction and expansion, and how these are literally part of everything in life What it looks like when we are operating from an imbalanced state clinging to expansion only- and how this can impact our lives (halting the very progress we are hoping to make) How boundaries are an energetic decision that are built inside of your body and how they come from learning to honour the contraction of life The exact questions you need to begin asking yourself to embody the 'future you' and begin altering your reality to match your greatest desires AND SO MUCH MORE! Let's go ahead and dive in, shall we?    EXTRAS + SOCIALSEnjoyed this episode + want to send some love? SEE HEREFor more about Brianne, her offerings and courses SEE HEREConnect on Instagram:Your Coach BrianneGo Regulate Yourself Connect on Facebook:Your Coach BrianneGo Regulate Yourself
