The Science Of Happiness (Part One)

from Divine by Jess Irvine · host Jess Irvine

A few weeks ago I began studying a course with Yale and Coursera called 'The Science of Wellbeing'. It has been nothing short of fascinating! It's essentially all about the science of happiness...what makes us happy, what doesn't, how our brains are wired relative to happiness, etc. As a result of everything I'm learning, I've found myself adopting new practices to cultivate happiness in my own life. It's been so game changing for me, especially during these times of uncertainty. So this week I am sharing my takeaways from the course, including a couple of the suggested practices from the course. I hope you find all of this information as fascinating as I do! Part two to come next week (there's so much incredible research to dive into).  You can hit 'subscribe' or 'follow' in Spotify or Apple Podcasts (whatever podcasting app you listen to podcasts on) if you'd like to stay up to date with the latest episodes. Enjoy! And have a beautiful week! xx⁣ FIND ME ONLINE:⁣ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/divinely.jess/⁣ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/divinely.jess/⁣ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVSZkzXlnckoUH8rBXB8A0w⁣ Email: [email protected]
