A 2003 World Youth 800m finalist, 2004 Commonwealth Youth Games 1500m Champion & represented the Senior Scotland team at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.She discussed her current training approach, which involves managing a health condition affecting her tendons and spine, with typical training weeks & work / life balance with her husband Lewis who had to let 40m weeks go temporarily due to Man flu! We discussed possible races, including the upcoming Silverknowes, Scottish 5K Champs, although this is in the balance due to recent illness and ongoing recovery from a hamstring injury.
