The Screen Question You Really Want to Ask Yourself Now

Do we use our screens a lot during the pandemic? Not really a relevant question. The question is probably yes. Not a surprise though. We are surrounded by our screens at home. Our phones, tablets, and televisions have a blast, they know we are receptive to any trigger they may throw at us.  We often obey. Distractions are all around us. Now that we’ve established that yes we use our screens a lot, let’s focus on a different question regarding our screen use.
