Scott points out that the thing that is different about the Astros scandal compared to the Red Sox scandal is there was a whistleblower. Justin Verlander was a Tiger for life it seemed, but wanted to win so bad he connected with the Astros. The Astros run isn’t done, but they are entering a very critical stage in their franchise history. Rob Manfred’s press conference last week to say the least wasn’t good. The players certainly didn’t appreciate it.
