Did you know that Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae can stop you from buying or selling a house? They can stop you from making a living if you're in the real estate industry? Being on the Freddie Mac Exclusionary List is NOT an accolade. It is something you want to avoid entirely if possible.  Why? Being on the List means that you are prohibited from being involved in a transaction where Freddie Mac is a party.  Luckily, I have had a few years of experience helping people come off the List and, while my record is not perfect, we have helped more people come off the List than not.
