COVID-19 has presented seemingly endless challenges, as we all try to adapt to living in a pandemic. For small business owners, COVID-19 has not only magnified those challenges, it’s jeopardized their very livelihoods. As of the latest data in mid-March, nearly one-third of businesses remained closed nationally, while more than 40% of small businesses reported debt over $100,000 in 2020, up 25 percent from 2019.
