You guys, I can’t believe it - we’re reaching the end of summer! It’s very possible that all of your trips and barbecues and family events have now passed. You might be taking stock of how this summer of sobriety has gone for you. Yet, there’s one thing that trips up so many sober moms that most don’t see coming… the boredom that lurks within the dog days of summer. Boredom can often feel triggering in sobriety, so today I’ll offer you a perspective shift to help you see the beauty and opportunity in boredom.
