When things happen in our lives or situations come up,  sometimes we  interpret them to be a problem and this causes us the feel something.  We might feel confused, perplexed, frustrated, discouraged, disappointed, sad, etc.  And between the situation and what we feel, there is space, the space in between.

Many times we aren't even aware of what we are filling that space with, or why we feel the way we do.  For years I had no idea myself.  It was with the help of a coach that I was able to realize that I was filling much of that space in between with negative thought habits, thoughts I subconciously practiced over and over again.

In today's episode we will discuss what the space in between is,  how we fill that space, and then I will give you three tips about how to get you started on breaking negative thought habits.   This episode is short and sweet and straight to the point.  You won't want to miss it.
