Here's the recipe for one of the delicious dishes prepared on the show:Arepa Stir water and salt together in a bowl; gradually stir in cornmeal with your fingersForm the dough in to small – medium sized balls Flatten the dough balls Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; fry arepas in batches until golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes per sideTake out the arepas and let them cool Slice the arepas, add your favourite fillings and enjoy.
