The Secret Kindergarten Radio Show for Young Children Ep. 57Grimm’s fairy tale, The Spirit in The Bottle, is a tale with a message of courage and trusting in yourself to create your own luck. It comes down to the power of the magic word, “No!”. It is one of the most common first words for a reason. It backs up the five sense, and it backs up the sixth sense too. It really is a positive word. I think it is the most important word for young children, no matter how frustrating it can be for grown-ups! When the word “no” is discouraged from being used (to, ironically, encourage positivity)… the same principle is being applied! One is using the word, “no” to negate the word, “no”!
