The Spiritual Discipline of Meditation

This week we look at Psalm 19:14. David is praying for so much more than to say and think good things, he's praying that at the core of his being, his heart, he would be pleasing to God. If you are a new creation, God has changed you and yet we still have a responsibility to choose good over evil. And so we go to him in prayer asking for help but we also spend time meditating on his word. What does it mean to mediate on the word of God?
