We might do well to follow their example.They see a STANDING Jesus, ready to do business.They see a SLAIN Jesus, having done some conquering over sin and deathThey see a SCROLLED Jesus, having taken from the Father the plans for a sure future that the book of Revelation will unfold.They see a LION of Jesus, with infinite resources of power ready to bring to bear.They see a LAMB of Jesus who cared enough to come and take the blame for us.This vision stops the narrative of the story.
