Hi, I'm Anna and this is a short outtake from my latest episode where I talk about THE SINGING ICE. "Before I share the most incredible sound with you - let's dive into a few interesting facts: Every sound tells you a story. A car passing by on a snowy route - what's the story? Where does that car come from? When did it snow the last time? Who is driving the car? Where is this person going?A sound can also be a moment. It can remind you of a moment you have experienced in life. The sound of a helicopter can reveal a memory. The sound of the last breath from someone you love. I remember a very tragic sound. When Lupa, our dog was with me, and we both thought that my last hour had struck and I was going to die. It was the first time in my life - I heard her cry. Her whining ripped my heart apart. When I close my eyes and go back to that moment - I can still hear her.Sounds are memories, and they have a direct impact on ourselves."And then of course - I will tell you how it was, when I heard the singing ice for the first time. I had only heard it from recordings that the Swedish Artist Jonna Jinton has done - which are beautiful - you can find it on her youtube channel. Tack Jonna that you are sharing this sound with the world. And if you want to find the whole episode - you can do so on my homepage - www.annajelen.com (http://www.annajelen.com) in the podcast section. I hope you will enjoy it! Take care - bye!
