The story of my ego death & full circle healing experience

“Ego death is an experience in which you lose your sense of self by cultivating a deep sense of awareness. As you go deeper into a meditative or psychedelic state, you might feel yourself becoming one with everyone and everything around you.”-Google Based on my recent January experiences, I can confirm that undergoing an ego death involves realizing how my ego sought validation and approval externally. During a ceremony with my medicine woman friend, Amanita, and DMT, I pinpointed the origin of this belief and began the healing process.
