It’s coming up to summer here in Australia & there is growing confusion around our relationship to the sun. On one hand we have been taught to fear the sun & protect ourselves from it. At the same time, there is growing awareness that not only is sunscreen harmful, but that the sun is essential for all health outcomes, leaving many confused on what they should be doing in the warmer months.
