Armed with as much money to spend as just about anyone in the NFL, they've made some key in-house signings while seeing other valuable players like Boye Mafe, Tariq Woolen, Kenneth Walker III and Coby Bryant leave in free agency. They have signed Emanuel Wilson, Noah Igbinoghene and Rodney Thomas as depth pieces as basically the vet minimum. They currently have the 8th most amount of cap space in the NFL. What's going on, why aren't they being more aggressive?
