The Ti Rocher Castries Wellness Centre hosts a Breastfeeding Workshop Empowering Families Through Education and Support

As part of Breastfeeding Awareness Month activities in August, the Ti Rocher Castries Wellness Centre hosted a breastfeeding workshop under the theme “Prioritize Breastfeeding, Create Sustainable Support Systems.” Held for families and first-time parents, the session aimed to raise awareness of the health and developmental benefits of breastfeeding while highlighting the importance of strong support networks for mothers. Participants engaged in presentations and live demonstrations providing a comprehensive approach to maternal and child health.
