This week, Drewby and Yergy head to Flint Township, Michigan, to discuss the case of 7-year-old Casper O'Brien, a little boy who died in November of 2025 from extreme medical neglect. At the time of his death, Casper was 4 feet 2 inches tall, and weighed 220lbs, which was nearly 4 times the healthy average for his age. The Genesee County Medical Examiner ruled that Casper died from dilated cardiomyopathy, with extreme morbid obesity serving as a major contributing factor.
