Kumanjayi Little Baby was a five-year-old Aboriginal Warlpiri girl whose tragic death in Alice Springs, Australia, in late April 2026 prompted national mourning and widespread calls for child protection reform. Following cultural traditions, her real given name is no longer used, and she is respectfully referred to by the community as "Kumanjayi Little Baby"Kumanjayi Little Baby was abducted in the early hours of April 26th, 2026, from the Old Timers town camp in Alice Springs.
