Today's reading comes from chapter 21 of Matthew. In this chapter, we see the "Triumphal Entry" of Jesus as he finally arrives in Jerusalem. He rides in on a colt and the crowds greet him with shouts of praise. He then goes straight to the temple and cleans it out by getting rid of those who were there turning it into a "den of robbers".
