This is a REPRISE EPISODE that originally aired on June 8, 2013 and was the 3rd of a 6-part series.  The Cosmic Citizen proceeded with the exploration of Seraphic Planetary Government. We reprised Paper 114 §6 The Master Seraphim of Planetary Supervision and immediately moved to our resumption with  "The Unceasing Campaign of The Master Seraphim" with Neal Waldrop and Charles Olivea.  Paula Thompson hosted and Christilyn Larson and André Radatus cohosted with Sean calling from the UK for this remarkable study.
