Dominique Lazanski talks about the United Nations and Global Cyber Policy and how it is important worldwide. Internet and cyber were built on consensus and interoperability, it provides market incentives and different stakeholders to the table. Lazansky talks briefly about global cyber trends and how it is an international political issue. She also points out how the multistakeholder governance model is not perfect but it brings the private sector, civil society and other stakeholders with different interest —not just governments— to the table for discussions.
