The Untouchable Judge!

I'm a protective parent and a mother of two from Rockland county. When I had children I was the full time caretaker, I was a stay at home mom and housewife. Before that I was a dental assistant for 15 years. My children are my pride and joy and I was a devoted mother. During the marriage my ex husband’s focus was on building his career, making money, networking as well as keeping up with his social status that included golf outings, vacations, social work events and as well as maintaining his leisure social status, I focused on caring for the kids and their well being.  When I decided I wanted a divorce, because his absence, control and abuse was out of control.  My ex-husband then came back at me with the attacks stating I was not good enough to raise the children and parent them. He stated to me that he is going to get full custody and I will be thrown on the street. My ex husband knew once we divorced he would lose all control of me and the children and would have to pay a significant amount of child support and maintenance. With that said my ex husband with the help of his attorney they  planned out a way to file in the court and attack me with false allegations that I am mentally ill and kept the he children from him.

When my ex husband took our divorce to supreme court we were assigned Judge Sherri Eisenpress a family court judge who is an acting supreme court judge.
