I am a mom of 4 and ex spouse of an attorney who formerly worked for CPS. If only I knew then what I know today back when my kids disclosed severe child abuse by their father. I never imagined the courts would give preference to an attorney friend of the courts at the expense of our kids… but that is what happened and it seems that’s a real thing. I have learned now of many similar cases of ex wives of attorneys who naively thought the courts would protect the kids.  Now I’ve filed a RICO lawsuit against the courts and other public officials who conspired against me under the Blue Wall of Silence and preferential treatment to the BAR association. I’ve also filed an Article 78 to remove conspiring police officers from their positions who were involved in my case and have a pattern of practice to conspire and use their office to dole out favors to cronies, family and political allies.  Many of these apparently corrupt officials failed / neglected to take and file their required public officer’s oath as well. There is something that Catherine Youssef Kassenoff, Lizzie, and I have in common. Our exes are attorneys and friends of the court where our divorce / custody actions occurred.  While Catherine was also an attorney, and a former federal prosecutor no less, her ex Allen Kassenoff was more influential in the courts. Catherine’s story sheds truth to Lizzie’s story and their stories shed truth to my story.  This is not a one off. This is a clear pattern of practice for the courts to ignore evidence of severe child abuse and award custody to the more favored party over the children’s right to life, liberty, happiness and freedom from harm.                 2/28/2023                                      Show #75                                                       Tonight's Guest Is Ian Murray, Sadly, he was falsely arrested, but never gave up, and, thankfully, has reached a settlement, although now we are trying to persevere (and not give up) in getting his story told, since the media sure was eager to tell it when this first occurred. It even involves his then wife fearing for her safety because of what was being done to her and Ian. He served our country in 2017 (military deployment to Afghanistan) and recently settled a case in which he was falsely arrested by the Jacksonville (Florida) Sheriff’s Office. (The story even involves not only Ian being asked to “take a deal” so the issue wouldn’t be a factor in the Sheriff’s election, but, a JSO internal affairs investigator posing as being from the Air Force Office of Special Investigations!) After discovering this and having no local support system, She then moved to another town to start fresh and help her children start their healing journey.  This is where she met her Narcissistic Abuser Jimmy.  After learning what they had been through he was extremely supportive, showing her and the kids how proud he was of them for beginning their healing journey, the advocacy she was doing etc.  Winning over the trust and admiration of her children first, knowing that was the way to reel her in. My story starts to twist into the typical ugly and unbearable narcissistic abuse to both myself and my children.  He took it as far as locking us out of rooms, hiding our food inside his work vehicle, terrorizing my youngest daughter so badly that she built a makeshift shelter under her bed because she was so afraid to leave her room.  The abuse was really bad, it was not physical, but verbal, mental, emotional, financial (COERCIVE CONTROL). I began to feel ashamed and scared because I had moved to help my kids begin to heal from the sexual abuse they had endured as young children, How had I managed to bring another abuser into their lives?  On the outside everything looked perfect, I was advocating and helping  women and children, Yet I fell prey to an abuser and became the victim. He is also a philosopher, abolitionist, anarchist & de-occultist. David is the founder and creative director of FreedomVibe.art, a private media platform that teaches natural law and occult knowledge. He is also an invited content creator on Mark Passio’s One Great Work Network. David was born David Owen Greenberg on May 4, 1970 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in the United States, to parents Brian David Greenberg and Jacqueline Ruth Wyner Greenberg. Early in life, David expressed a strong intellect, and an aptitude for both creativity and technical ability.  He went on to work as a systems and software engineer as well as an entrepreneur, sales and marketing professional. In particular, he co-founded several businesses focused on providing services such as Salesforce.com implementation, web design, and social media marketing. Unfortunately, David was also a “de facto Satanist” from an early age, due to the negative influences around him, and a lack of strong moral parenting and guidance. Although he never formally joined any Satanic cult or secret society, he was principally motivated by selfish pleasure seeking and ego gratification, even at the expense of others. He also believed in the religions of “moral relativism,” “solipsism,” and “statism.” David considers these to have made him the “perfect slave” to the world’s social institutions.  But this also cost him many friendships and relationships.Through the consequences of his poor choices of behavior over time, David began to suffer more and more. At one point, he was addicted to pharmaceuticals for 12 years, along with sex and pornography, cigarettes and sugar. One saving grace was David’s strong willpower, which allowed him to cure his own addictions, without the use of medications or external interventions. Nonetheless, the external facade of his apparently successful life began to unravel faster and faster. At one point, he was swindled out of thousands of dollars by a charlatan posing as a spiritual healer, marking how low David had fallen. Finally, he reached his own personal “moment of choice.” David explains that at this moment, he was serendipitously exposed to the science of natural law and objective morality.  Because he still had an inner voice of conscience, and a desire to evolve, he began dedicated himself to learning and understanding the occulted sciences. He began an intense period of shadow work and healing of long-held traumas and mind-control programming, many since his childhood. Today, he is one hundred percent committed to doing “the great work” of helping to end worldwide human slavery and suffering.                       12/13/2022                                                  Show #70 Tonight's Guest Is Richard Ducote,   An attorney licensed in Louisiana (1978) and Pennsylvania (2009), has been one of the nation’s leading child abuse/domestic violence litigators and law reformers for 43 years. He received a B.S. in psychology from Tulane in 1974. Immediately following his law school graduation from Loyola in New Orleans in 1978, which he earned while serving as a juvenile probation officer in the Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court, he created a specialized program to provide and train attorneys for abused and neglected children. That project, which developed the Tulane University School of Law Juvenile Law Clinic, was one of only four in the country nationally recognized by the federal government for its innovative court improvements. In that project, he personally represented over 100 abused and neglected children. In Louisiana during the early 1980’s, he created a special project in the Louisiana foster care system to free more children for adoption, and as an appointed special district attorney in 19 parishes, he tried child abuse/ termination of parental rights cases in 40 courts. Through his efforts in the courtroom, social service agency offices, and the legislature, the Louisiana foster care system for the first time moved hundreds of forgotten children into adoptive homes. In 1984, he began his nationwide focus on complex child custody cases involving domestic violence and child abuse. In 1991, he drafted for successful enactment the Louisiana Post- Separation Family Violence Relief Act (La. She also started receiving calls about NCMEC and exclusives first hand their loopholes.   On Thanksgiving 2021 John and Reve Walsh held their granddaughter hostage and assaulted Meghan while attempting to film it.  Reve pulled Meghan back by the hair, bloodied her nose and bit her with her baby in her arms.  After the assault Meghan went no contact with her parents asking them to get help and creating her own independence with the support of her therapist.  John and Reve proceeded to threaten and harass Meghan,  gathering the flying monkeys and contacting the absent or abusive fathers of her children.  On April Fools day of 2021, Meghan was pulled over by unmarked police cars with her children in the car after leaving the farm where she worked and taught children's classes with colleagues for the community.  The nightmare and retaliation began there and has only continued to get worse.  Her new baby was ripped from her hands at just 5 days old, Meghan's rights to her older 3 children were terminated on their birthdays based on technicalities not evidence, all motions have been denied. Meghan has researched and has spoken out for years regarding child trafficking through our government and indoctrination through the media.  She speaks for this who cannot and stands to truly fight for the protection of our children and FAMILIES across the Globe. When I had children I was the full time caretaker, I was a stay at home mom and housewife. Before that I was a dental assistant for 15 years. My children are my pride and joy and I was a devoted mother. During the marriage my ex husband’s focus was on building his career, making money, networking as well as keeping up with his social status that included golf outings, vacations, social work events and as well as maintaining his leisure social status, I focused on caring for the kids and their well being.  When I decided I wanted a divorce, because his absence, control and abuse was out of control.  My ex-husband then came back at me with the attacks stating I was not good enough to raise the children and parent them. He stated to me that he is going to get full custody and I will be thrown on the street. My ex husband knew once we divorced he would lose all control of me and the children and would have to pay a significant amount of child support and maintenance. With that said my ex husband with the help of his attorney they  planned out a way to file in the court and attack me with false allegations that I am mentally ill and kept the he children from him. When my ex husband took our divorce to supreme court we were assigned Judge Sherri Eisenpress a family court judge who is an acting supreme court judge. My ex is an attorney formerly for CPS and current Public Defender.  While I knew sometimes law enforcement and the courts might cut some slack for friends or family on things like minor traffic infractions, I never thought things would be so dirty when presenting the life and death matters of children.  So I trusted my high paid attorney to do the right things.  Unfortunately she literally served me right into the conflict of interest courts where my ex appears regularly and is known by everyone. I have spent over $250,000 to protect my kids.  I have had 5-6 judges recused / disqualified.  They ignore abuse at every turn.  My kids are still in his custody.  Recently when explaining  documented proof the Judge gave custody to my ex. the parent who strangulated my daughter and the kids complained he sexually abused them, cop said “that’s moronic.. how can he still be a judge”.  Next day, nothing from the police despite knowing my kids are failing to thrive, and police constantly being called to their fathers house and they still leave my kids there. I don’t smoke, I rarely drink, have never been arrested, never found to abuse or neglect my kids.  I am a medical professional.  I am BOTH  breadwinner of the family AND was primary caretaker of kids prior to divorce. Make this make sense other than this is CPS covering up sex abuser who worked for them.  After my ex’s role as attorney for Niagara Co CPS in NY, they knowingly hired a sex offender for the same position.  Attorney Nicholas D'Angelo is now indicted on 11 charges of rape including kid(s) in CPS custody. Well here it is 351% increase of children missing from care 2013-2019! Before a law in 2014 to prevent sex trafficking of kids from foster care, they were not reporting missing kids from care  94,906 kids missing that without the 2014 law would not have been reported.  missingkids.org According to this report in the United States, most sex trafficked children come from our foster care system.   The reason I am concerned about this favorable litigation from the bench for sex offenders over the welfare of our kids, the hiring of known sex offenders for CPS and other sensitive government roles is because of this report by the US Dept of State on Human Trafficking.   Is our judiciary / CPS / law enforcement compromised like the Catholic Priest scandal? We mediated and never went to court. I did not take any child support or alimony and we made arrangements peacefully between ourselves for the remainder of our son's childhood. I met my daughter's father in late 2004. He quickly pushed me into a relationship with him, convincing me to move in with him in mid 2005 and quit my career as  a forensic scientist in 2006 to be a full time mother to my son. He then lured me into working in his business running a multi layered equestrian program, which I did for 9 years, never being paid a salary and being told the money was going into a trust for our daughter. That turned out to be a lie. We separated in 2014 which is when the post separation abuse began to escalate. Although he was never an engaged father and I was the full time primary attachment parent, he asked for 50/50 custody, farming out our daughter's care to alcoholic and drug addicted women rather than letting me mother our child.  Our post separation experience follows the pattern of the family court playbook described by The National Women's Coalition.  Things got much worse during the COVID lockdowns and culminated in the event of June 28, 2021 where my daughter and I were attacked in broad daylight, she was seized violently by 8 police officers and I have not seen her since. Since my last interview:  The court denied my permission to appeal an order that was granted to my domestic abuser and narcissist ex-husband requesting for my Constitutional Rights be ordered-away. This is a significant strike against me and domestic violence victims, especially women since most victims are women. In summary, the court is obliging domestic abusers and "green-lighting" them to continue abusing their victim by usurping the right to access the justice system by barring victims from court. The court prothonotary also tampered with the case docket by falsely stamping my "timely" Reconsideration for a related filing late so it would never be put before the court. The PA Disciplinary Board dismissed my Complaint against the prothonotary who tampered my case docket regardless that I provided U.S. Post Office evidentiary proof.  All oversights, the state Attorney General, and the Office of Inspector General are derelict in their duty to investigate.  All Domestic Abuse non-profits that are supposed to assist with legal representation decline services.  Vengeful father syndrome (Doing Everything in their power to destroy any relationship with the healthy parent) caused by the narcissistic ex-husband interfering with adult children and Grandchildren relationships because often Many adult children decide to financially benefit from a narcissistic parent at the expense of the victim parent.  PA legislatures do NOT answer their phones or return voicemails, nor do they return emails regarding legislative reform or constituent services. May is Mental Health Awareness Month.  I think it’s vital to bring attention and awareness to the existence and prevalence of mental and emotional health under the umbrella of domestic abuse and violence, both during the relationship and post separation. As it’s always important to note, all abuse, no matter what form, is based upon power, control, dominance, and breaking down boundaries.  I also always like to bring attention to the different types of abuse – physical, sexual (both can be violent or non-violent), verbal, emotional, mental, financial, spiritual, and legal.  And once you leave an abuser, post separation abuse, which is a continuance of power and control, along with gaining revenge. Tonight's Guest Is Hope, Hope is obviously not my real name but it is what I am today. Today I carry the message of hope to anyone who is suffering from mental health problems and who is in the Florida family court system. I promise you that if I am here today as an advocate for a nonprofit, a sober mother, a present mother, a full time employee that is a full time student a University getting my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Victim advocacy, a sober active member of a 12 step fellowship yet still dealing with a narcissist coparent, you too will get to the other side. Yes, I suffer from mental health issues. I have been suffering from depression and anxiety since I was 16 years old. Rachel's story is about her 50/50 time sharing of her little boy after she was tormented and abused by her ex-husband.  Her young little boy exhibits child abuse everytime he is back in her care after he has been with his father.    Christy doesn't even have 50% of time sharing with her Ex. Abuser.  Her abuse was extremely severe and was transferred over to her kids after the separation and divorce. Even though her 15 year old son testified in court showing proof of #ChildAbuse.                       11/23/2021                                  Show #37 Tonight Show Was A Discussion,  Protective Parents Who Are In The Process Of High Conflict Divorce, Fighting to Keep Children Safe.  Being part of a group of parents trying to help navigate a system that seems to have no end in sight.  It's a constant battle that feels like it will never end. Lisa is a mom who got shared custody with her ex-husband, she is also a disabled veteran that is forced to pay child support for a child that is kept from her.  Every week on her days she goes to pick up her daughter (I was a witness to this personally) it has become a very ugly evil game that is played by her ex.  Unfortunately it's heartbreaking to watch her leave empty handed..  In a DCF report from early this year (That no one seems to think they are responsible for filing with courts) "Her daughter feels responsible to make her father happy and admits at times it's easier not to go with her mom rather than upset her dad and deal with his disapproval.' This report has been sitting somewhere and has never been reported, almost a year now.  To me this is extremely scary. When you go to DCF they say, ``Call the police, Police claim it's not our jurisdiction, we deal with criminals." Go to Court, 'Who says it's not an emergency." I’m 7 years post divorce and I have a pretty good custody situation now because I gave up a lot of money in exchange for it and settled out of court. I avoided the judges I learned wouldn’t take my abuse seriously. But I still have to send my son to his abusive Dad every other weekend and the abuse continues to this day in various forms of post-separation abuse…legal abuse, withholding reimbursement of my son’s expenses, poisoning my son against me, emotional abuse to my son, withholding consent for my son’s counseling, etc. And my ex continues to file for 50/50 custody every couple of years. I’m always in court, spending thousands of dollars trying to keep my son safe. A few years ago, I started immersing myself in research about Family Court, Parental Alienation, various forms of abuse, narcissistic personality disorders, anti-social personality disorders, etc. I came across FACTs during that process and reached out for court watchers. After a few years, I started coming regularly to the board meetings and became more active as a way to give back. I’m passionate about helping others that are struggling to protect their children like I was and still am.        3/15/2022                               Show #49 Tonight's Guest Is Mary, A young mom of a perfect little 3 year old daughter, she has gone through the 12 step program and is now in recovery from the disease of addiction.  This is also where she met the father of her daughter and also her ex-fiance. I suffer from endometriosis and accept the fact that I have a less than 30% chance of getting pregnant. Well,  plot twist, the first time my ex. and I slept together I got pregnant. During my pregnancy, He cheated on me the week we found out I was pregnant, and the female posted texts and proof of the affair on social media and tagged us in it for the entire world to see. This should’ve been the first sign: to this day he still denies he cheated. So I sucked it up because I was pregnant with our child and although there was no apology, I wanted to make sure our baby grew up in a happy loving home. He leeched right onto my family, especially my parents. He had my parent’s pay his fines to get his license back (almost $2,000), he proposed to me when I said a million times to not propose while I am pregnant because we do not need to get married just because we are having a baby in front of both our families and Facebook live. I would sleep on the couch in my 3rd trimester because of his snoring and he didn’t mind that I was the one sleeping on a couch the size of a whale. I have more pictures in my phone of Him holding our daughter than of myself who endured the 57 hours of labor. The only picture I have when they placed her on my chest was from myself taking the picture. Fast forward to planning the wedding and non stop panic attacks and me never being in love with him ever, just thinking this was God’s will, I ended our engagement and for the first time left an abuser. My police, counselling, injury management, senior HR roles and working with asylum seekers have made me develop insights into the psychology and social interactions of individuals in trying conditions. I have developed various behavioural and leadership programs to help people deal various issues from PTSD to bullying and harassment. I am a keynote speaker on Suicide Prevention and Diversity and runs programs on mental health and wellbeing for corporate organisations and sporting organisations for teens. I am the author of a book called Lighting the Blue Flame. The book is written as a story of a teen who commits suicide because of being bullied, but wants his death to at least have an impact to change things so it doesn’t happen to others. So he decides to send those he believes are responsible for him being bullied, those who watched and laughed and the school for not doing enough. Ultimately the school gets me involved as a character in the book to help them and the students deal with the suicide, but also look at how they can prevent it from happening again. I also help the mother deal with her grieving process. The book has a lot of QR codes throughout for more information and also just random things teenagers would send each other on social media, so it is a little more interactive than other books.
