God is not interested in spectators, everybody was saved to be a major player or partaker in God’s endtime harvest. And we play the role in saving souls, training souls and also turning them into saviors to save more souls. So the church has only one purpose and that is to save the lost. Whatever we do must be aimed at saving the lost. Whatever the church does that doesn’t lead to the saving of the lost doesn’t register with God. The son of man came to seek and save the lost through many methods but the purpose was for saving the lost. Salvation of souls is the primary purpose of the church. A wage is money paid to an employee for their work. It can be paid on an hourly, daily, weekly, or piece-work basis. A labourer is a person who does a job which involves a lot of hard physical work. THE LABORER’S WORK A. Target a Soul and pray them into the kingdom; B. Follow-Up a Soul and pray them into the kingdom and ; C. An influencer or a good inviter who brings people to church. D. Using your money to bus people into the church
