The Wandering Tortoise Sour Fest: 15 Beers, Ceviche, Poke Banh Mi & One Giant Straw

Episode 7 -  We hit The Wandering Tortoise in Phoenix for their Sour Fest, and things got deliciously out of control. Between smoothie sours, hazy IPA palate cleansers, Nelson’s Fish Market ceviche, a poke banh mi sandwich, and Dedra freezing in perfect Arizona weather, this episode had everything we love: craft beer, great food, questionable decisions, and plenty of laughs. Before diving into the beer lineup, we stopped by Nelson’s Fish Market next door for their Peruvian-style ceviche and a poke banh mi that almost ruined our drinking day in the best way possible. Then it was off to Sour Fest, where we tasted our way through beers from Great Notion, Drekker, rAr, WeldWerks, Trillium, Toppling Goliath, Everywhere, North Park, and more. Our big winner of the day?
