The Water of Life

We take water for granted until it’s gone. Scripture uses that reality to press a deeper truth: without Christ, the Water of Life, man becomes a spiritual desert. Just as land without water turns barren and lifeless, so a soul or a nation that despises God’s Word dries up into emptiness and decay. Jesus’ invitation is urgent and gracious: come and drink. Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness are not mocked they are promised fullness. The question isn’t whether we’re thirsty, but whether we’ll drink.
